How to be a billionaire: stick to a company focus and spend decades sticking to it

This is putting all eggs in one business.  Stick to it.  Focus.

Many of us will never be rich or billionaires because we can be distracted byP:

  1.  Personal concerns/issues;

  2.   Conflicting advice

  3.  Variety of choices and opportunities

  4.  Distracted by small petty stuff 

As CEO, there are only 3 things to do each day, or even for a period of time

Think and act on the way to riches/millions

Ellon Musk used to be overwhelmed by the numbeer of tasks per day.  Sometimes there could be 30 meetings a day and his work week can consist of 100 hours of work.  What is worse, he could not remember what he did the day before, and his projects were not moving at all.  He said there was a lot of background noise

1.  Thus he decided the way he worked.   He classified work/tasks into 3:

    1.  Routine (but  necessary)

    2.  Creative

    3.  Transformative

2.  Delegation:   he delegated 1 and 2 and focus on number 3

3.  Focus

    1.  CP off

    2.  No one can interrupt

    3.  Eliminate noise

Maybe this is the eason why he left the government.  It was noisy there

He achieved more by focus on number 3.  Things started to move.   And thus create and continue building wealth for x, Space X and Tesla
