By being forced to manage two stores (after being bamboozled by a failed lease on a profitable store) Sam Walton used plane to save time driving 8 hours one way, and then later realized he can buy a plane and pilot it himself. These tools gave him advantage vs competitor. He used this strategy to be truly exceptional and better than competitors: like investing $100 million for a sat communications to make swiping credit card 15 seconds faster than land bssed communications, outsourcing from China etc.
We have determeined that by investing on machineries, we can save abut P500,000 per location, accept more bookings, use the depreciation for making taxable income deduction. We have been sitting on these opportunities to generate more revenues, save and more EBITDA
