After reflecting deeply on seven + 4 decades I determined that this post made many people very wealthy
1. I helped put up start up a SLA with P500,000 borrowed capital, and exited with P13.5 million in sales with many having infinite returns on their investment
2. We helped many contractors for land dev and vertical construction millionaires. Right now we have
1. 47 m project for an engineer for land dev in two areas
2. One contractor with P80m project
3. One landowner with 20M in sales, another one with P3.7 million in sales
4. Numerous sales agents
5. At least 5 joint project partner to whom we remit millions annually.
